Rebecca C. Kistler
Rebecca C. Kistler is a Law Clerk at Hughes Law.
Ms. Kistler received her B.A. in English and Secondary Education from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, RI. In May 2019, she received her J.D. from Thomas R. Kline School of Law in Philadelphia, PA.
During law school, Ms. Kistler interned at the Bucks County Public Defender’s Office prior to interning at the Hughes Firm during her 2L Summer Internship. In addition to Ms. Kistler’s work experience in the criminal justice sphere, she was a Lead Editor for Drexel’s Law Review, leading a team of staff editors to cultivate and edit published works in her school’s legal publication. She also served as her school’s President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) Team, which focused on teaching law students necessary skills related to negotiation, arbitration, client counseling, and mediation. Ms. Kistler, in addition to competing on the team, was formative in re-envisioning the team as a co-curricular program at Kline School of Law.
When not at the office, Ms. Kistler enjoys writing, volunteering, and enjoying Philadelphia’s diverse music and arts offerings.
